Dignified Beasts is a premium NFT collection consisting of 3,300 digital collectibles, including 3,120 mintable NFTs and 180 Community Reserve NFTs.

By minting, purchasing, holding, or receiving any Dignified Beasts NFT, the collector agrees to be bound by the terms set forth in this document, in addition to any applicable platform-level terms issued by Crypto.com NFT.

Collection Structure

• The Dignified Beasts collection is structured as follows:

  • Mintable Supply: 3,120 NFTs
  • Golden Legendaries: 10 NFTs
  • Ascended Beasts: 3 NFTs (within the Golden Legendary tier)
  • Community Reserve: 180 NFTs (not part of the public mint supply and allocated for ecosystem use)

Eligibility & Snapshots

• Eligibility for rewards is determined based on wallet holding status at the defined snapshot time.

  • The standard snapshot timing for most rewards is 168 hours (7 days) after the end of the drop, unless otherwise specified.
  • Collectors must hold eligible NFTs in their Crypto.com/NFT wallet at the time of the snapshot.
  • Both primary and secondary market purchases are eligible, unless explicitly stated otherwise for a specific reward.
  • If a collector transfers or sells the required NFT(s) prior to the snapshot, eligibility may be forfeited.

Reward Categories

The Dignified Beasts ecosystem includes a range of reward categories designed to support collector engagement and long-term participation.

Rewards may include, but are not limited to:

• NFT airdrops
• Custom Dignified Beasts NFT rewards
• CRO-based rewards or cashback incentives
• Physical merchandise
• Milestone-based rewards (e.g., 50% and 100% sold out)
• Campaign-based and event-driven utility rewards

Not all rewards are guaranteed to all holders. Where random selection, tier-based eligibility, or specific conditions apply, only selected or qualifying collectors will receive the associated rewards.

Reward structures, allocations, and eligibility conditions may vary depending on the specific campaign or utility design.

Ascended Golden Beasts

3 Ascended Golden Beasts represent the highest tier within the Dignified Beasts hierarchy, unlocking the most exclusive reward tier across the ecosystem.

• Holders of the 3 Ascended Golden Beasts automatically qualify for this reward tier.
• Each Ascended holder will receive 12,000 CRO, along with additional exclusive rewards.
• Ascended holders receive all Golden Legendary benefits, in addition to exclusive top-tier rewards.
• NFTs must be held in the collector’s Crypto.com/NFT wallet at the 168-hour post-drop snapshot.
• Rewards are guaranteed for eligible holders.
• Winners must complete the required claim process (e.g., Google Form) within 14 days of notification.
• Both primary and secondary purchases are eligible.

Golden Legendary Benefits

Golden Legendary holders unlock an enhanced reward tier, granting access to exclusive reward pools, priority participation in events, and elevated benefits across the Dignified Beasts ecosystem.

• Holders of Golden Legendary NFTs automatically qualify for this reward tier.
• Golden holders receive priority access to selected reward pools, contests, and future opportunities.
• Ascended holders also inherit all Golden Legendary benefits in addition to their exclusive rewards.
• NFTs must be held in the collector’s Crypto.com/NFT wallet at the 168-hour post-drop snapshot.
• Both primary and secondary purchases are eligible.

Hold & Earn CRO Rewards

Hold Dignified Beasts NFTs to participate in a 21,000 CRO reward pool, distributed among 200 winners. The reward pool activates once the collection reaches 50% sold out and follows a tier-based eligibility system.

• Collectors must hold at least 1 NFT from this drop in their Crypto.com/NFT wallet.
• Snapshot will be taken 168 hours after the end of the drop.
• The CRO reward pool activates once the collection reaches 50% sold out.

Tiered eligibility structure:

• Hold 1+ NFT → Base entry tier
• Hold 5+ NFTs → Increased probability tier
• Hold 10+ NFTs → Premium selection tier
• A total of 200 winners will be selected randomly across all eligible tiers.
• The total reward pool of 21,000 CRO will be distributed among selected winners.
• Rewards are distributed across eligibility tiers with weighted probability based on holdings.
• Both primary and secondary purchases are eligible.
• Rewards are not guaranteed for all holders.

Sea Beast Event

Unlock access to the Sea Beast event, a hidden mythic reward layer within the Dignified Beasts ecosystem. Selected collectors will receive exclusive Sea Beast NFTs along with associated benefits through a tier-based selection system.

• Collectors must hold NFTs from this drop in their Crypto.com/NFT wallet.
• Snapshot will be taken 168 hours after the end of the drop.
• Only one Sea Beast will be awarded to a single collector, representing the highest-tier reward within the Dignified Beasts ecosystem.

Tiered eligibility structure:

• Hold 10+ NFTs → Entry Tier
• Hold 20+ NFTs → Advanced Tier
• Hold 35+ NFTs → Premium Tier
• Winners will be selected based on tier weighting and/or random selection.
• Golden Legendary and Ascended holders receive priority weighting.
• Selected winners must complete the required claim process (e.g., Google Form) within 14 days of notification.
• Both primary and secondary purchases are eligible.

Custom Dignified Beast NFTs

Selected collectors will receive fully custom-designed Dignified Beast NFTs, created based on approved trait submissions and tailored to individual concepts.

• Collectors must hold NFTs from this drop in their Crypto.com/NFT wallet.
• Snapshot will be taken 168 hours after the end of the drop.
• Hold 20+ NFTs to qualify for this reward tier.
• Selected collectors will be invited to submit custom trait preferences for approval.
• Final designs will be curated and approved to maintain the artistic direction and quality of the Dignified Beasts collection.
• Winners must join the official Discord and complete the required submission form within 14 days of notification.
• Both primary and secondary purchases are eligible.

Physical Merchandise

Selected collectors will receive premium Dignified Beasts hoodies and t-shirts as part of an exclusive merchandise reward.

• Collectors must hold NFT(s) from this drop in their Crypto.com/NFT wallet.
• Snapshot will be taken 168 hours after the end of the drop.
• Winners will be selected randomly from eligible holders.
• Both primary and secondary purchases are eligible.
• Selected winners must complete the required claim form within 14 days of notification.
• Winners are responsible for shipping costs, if applicable.
• Rewards are unique and non-transferable.
• Collectors who receive a hoodie will not be eligible to receive a t-shirt reward, and vice versa.

NFT Airdrops

Selected collectors will receive exclusive Dignified Beasts NFTs via airdrop as part of a limited reward distribution.

• Collectors must hold at least 1 NFT from this drop in their crypto.com/NFT wallet.
• Airdropped NFTs will be selected from limited allocations and may include rare or special variants.
• Snapshot will be taken 168 hours after the end of the drop.
• Winners will be selected randomly from eligible holders.
• NFTs will be delivered directly to the recipient’s Crypto.com/NFT wallet.
• Selected winners must complete the required claim form within 14 days of notification.
• Both primary and secondary purchases are eligible.

Milestone Rewards

Milestone rewards may be activated at 50% sold out and/or 100% sold out as part of the Dignified Beasts reward system. Activation of a milestone does not guarantee rewards for all holders. Eligibility is determined based on the defined snapshot timing, holding requirements, and applicable selection criteria, including random and/or tier-based distribution. Reward types, allocations, and number of winners may vary depending on the final campaign structure.

Community Reserve

A total of 180 NFTs are designated as Community Reserve assets and are allocated for ecosystem growth, including reward distributions, airdrops, campaigns, collaborations, contests, and strategic activations. These NFTs are not part of the public mint supply and may be distributed separately based on defined utility mechanisms and campaign structures. Allocation and distribution of Community Reserve NFTs will be executed in accordance with the Dignified Beasts reward system, including snapshot-based eligibility and selection criteria where applicable. Specific allocations from the Community Reserve may vary and are not guaranteed to be distributed in full.

Claim Deadlines and Form Completion

Where a claim form (e.g., Google Form) is required, selected winners must submit complete and accurate information within 14 days of notification, unless otherwise specified. Failure to provide the required details within the stated timeframe may result in cancellation, forfeiture of the reward, or reassignment to another eligible collector at the discretion of the creator.

Delivery Timeframes

All delivery timelines referenced in the utility sheet represent estimated target timeframes. Actual delivery may vary due to factors including, but not limited to, platform coordination, production constraints, shipping logistics, technical limitations, or campaign adjustments. Reasonable delays shall not invalidate or void the reward unless explicitly cancelled by the project.

Changes and Updates

The creator reserves the right to update timelines, campaign mechanics, claim procedures, and operational details where necessary. Any such changes will be communicated clearly and will not materially alter or misrepresent the intended reward structure.

Final Interpretation

In the event of any discrepancy or ambiguity between social media content, marketing materials, or promotional communications, the latest approved utility sheet and final Terms & Conditions document shall be considered the authoritative source for all reward mechanics and eligibility criteria.

Privacy

All personal information provided by collectors (including email addresses and shipping details, where applicable) will be stored securely and used solely for the purpose of reward distribution, communication, and project-related updates within the Dignified Beasts ecosystem.

Access to such information is restricted to the project team and will not be shared with third parties except where required for reward fulfillment (e.g., shipping providers) or as required by applicable laws and regulations.
