DIGNIFIED BEASTS DROP 2: DOMINION EDITION HOLDER UTILITIES: TERMS AND CONDITIONS 1. ABOUT THESE TERMS These terms explain how the Dominion Edition holder utilities work: who is eligible, how winners are chosen and how rewards are delivered. By minting, buying or holding a Dominion Beast, you agree to these terms. 2. KEY WORDS - Beast: an NFT from the Dignified Beasts Drop 2: Dominion Edition collection on Cronos. - Sellout: all 333 public mint Beasts are minted. - Snapshot: a record of every wallet and the Beasts it holds, taken 14 days after sellout. - Hold: the Beasts are in your wallet at the snapshot. - Mint: the Beasts were minted by your wallet during the Dominion mint. Beasts minted in packs count. - The Crowned (Top Tier Beasts): the 6 Void Anomaly, 3 Golden Legendary and 1 Ascended Beasts. - Community Reserve: the 33 Beasts kept outside the public mint for rewards, giveaways and contests. 3. WHEN REWARDS START - Rewards start after sellout. - Rewards based on holding use the snapshot taken 14 days after sellout. - Rewards based on minting use the Crovia mint records. 4. ELIGIBILITY - Only Beasts in your own wallet at the snapshot count. - Beasts listed on a marketplace that holds them in its own contract at the snapshot do not count. Keep your Beasts in your wallet. - Community Reserve Beasts count as held Beasts once they are in a holder's wallet. - Wallets owned by the Dignified Beasts team are not eligible for any draw or reward. - Each wallet counts on its own. Holdings in different wallets are not added together. 5. DRAWS - All draws are random and public. - Before each draw we share the list of eligible wallets. After the draw we post the winners with proof, so anyone can check the result. - Unless a utility says otherwise, each wallet can win each prize only once. - If a prize tier has fewer eligible wallets than prizes, the extra prize moves to the next tier. 6. CRO REWARD POOL - 15,000 CRO in total, shared between 10 winners, as announced. - One CRO prize per wallet. The draws run from the highest tier down, and a winner is not entered in lower tiers. - CRO is sent to the winning wallet on Cronos. Network fees for the transfer are paid by us. 7. NFT AIRDROPS - NFT Airdrop prizes come from the Community Reserve and are sent to the winning wallet. - Void Anomaly, Golden Legendary and Ascended holders receive a confirmed NFT airdrop. - The Legendary Sea Beast (The System Breaker) is sent to the winner when it is minted. 8. CUSTOM BEASTS - Winners and confirmed holders fill a form with the traits they want. - The form must be sent within 14 days after we contact the winner. If it is not sent in time, we design the Beast ourselves. - We may decline requests that are offensive, harmful, or that copy brands, logos, real people or other protected work. In that case we will ask for a different request. - The final design is made by the Dignified Beasts creator, based on the request. - Custom Beasts are minted in the Dignified Beasts - Custom Beasts collection and airdropped to the winning wallet. - One custom Beast per wallet. 9. PHYSICAL REWARDS (METAL PRINT POSTER AND PHYSICAL LORE BOOK) - Winners send a shipping address within 14 days after we contact them. - We pay for printing and standard shipping. Import duties or local taxes in the winner's country are paid by the winner. - Physical rewards ship where our print partner delivers. If they cannot deliver to the winner's country, we offer a digital alternative of the same reward. - Shipping details are used only to send the reward and are not shared with anyone else. - We are not responsible for delays or loss caused by the delivery company once the item is shipped, but we will help track it. 10. PERSONAL LORE BOOK - The digital Lore Book is for wallets holding 25+ Beasts at the snapshot. - Holders may send their profile and story within 14 days after the snapshot. Sharing is optional. Without it, the book is made without a profile. - We will not share a holder's story publicly without the holder's permission. - The Physical Edition is one printed copy, drawn from the Lore Book holders after the digital books are delivered. 11. DISCORD ROLES - Roles are given after the drop ends, by manual wallet verification with the creator in Discord. - Your role shows the rarest Beast you hold. Roles may change if your holdings change. 12. DROP 3 PERKS - Drop 3 Priority and the Golden Legendary first mint window apply when Drop 3 launches, using the Drop 2 mint records and snapshot. 13. HIDDEN PRIZE - The Ascended Hidden Prize is revealed only when the third Golden Legendary is minted, and goes to the Ascended holder at the snapshot. 14. CLAIMING REWARDS - Winners are announced in Discord. If a winner needs to send information (a form or an address) and does not reply within 14 days, the prize is drawn again among the remaining eligible wallets. - Rewards go only to the wallet that won. They cannot be moved to another wallet or exchanged for money. 15. FAIR PLAY - Any attempt to cheat a draw, for example by abusing bots, exploits or false claims, removes the wallet from that reward. - Decisions about eligibility follow these terms and the public mint and snapshot records. 16. IMPORTANT - Utilities are community perks. They are not an investment and not a promise of any financial return. - Owning a Beast does not give a share in the project, its revenue or its profits. - Each holder is responsible for any taxes on rewards in their own country. - If a partner or service we rely on (such as a print partner or a platform) becomes unavailable, we will deliver the same reward through another provider of similar quality.
